Common questions
How are tiers determined?
Tiers are based on your total headcount — the number of agents whose numbers you want to track, including yourself. You pick the tier that covers your team size. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings.
Is there a free trial?
No. Payment is required to access the dashboard. You can cancel at any time and your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Move to any tier at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What CRM does Skarvo connect to?
Skarvo connects to GoHighLevel via a Private Integration Token (PIT). You create the token in GHL Settings → Private Integrations and paste it during onboarding. No webhook setup or developer work required.
Does this replace my CRM?
No. Skarvo is read-only — it never writes back to GoHighLevel. Your agents keep working in GHL exactly as they do today; Skarvo just pulls their daily activity into one view.
Is my team's production data private?
Yes. Skarvo stores only de-identified activity counts — no client names, phone numbers, or policy details. Each agency's data is fully isolated. Agents see only their own numbers.
Do my agents need to change how they work?
No. Agents keep working leads and moving opportunities in GoHighLevel exactly as they do today. Skarvo reads that activity automatically via the GHL API every night.
What if an agent leaves my team?
Their historical data stays on your account. New agents are invited by email and show up in the dashboard once they have GHL activity. Your tier price does not change until you explicitly move to a different tier.
What is the 201+ Enterprise+ tier?
Agencies with 201 or more agents typically have multi-location GHL setups, dedicated sync windows, and custom stage mapping requirements. Contact us at hello@skarvo.ai for a custom quote.
