Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Skarvo.ai ("Skarvo," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skarvo is a read-only team production dashboard for insurance agency owners. The Service connects to your CRM (including Ringy, GoHighLevel, TextDrip, and any CRM supporting outbound webhooks) via a webhook integration, receives de-identified activity events from your agents' CRM dispositions, and displays aggregated production metrics including show rate, close rate, appointment counts, and estimated commission by agent and line of business.

Skarvo does not replace your CRM, does not write back to your CRM, does not dial or generate leads, and does not store contact records. It stores only de-identified activity events derived from CRM dispositions.

3. User Accounts and Agency Owner Responsibility

The agency owner who creates an account is the account administrator and is responsible for all activity that occurs under that account, including the actions of agents invited to the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all uses of your account.

When you invite agents to your team, those agents receive access to a view of their own individual production data only. Agents cannot see other agents' numbers. As the agency owner, you are responsible for ensuring your agents' participation complies with applicable law and your agency's policies.

4. Subscription and Billing

Skarvo is priced by team headcount tier, starting at $69 per month for a single-agent account. Tiers are billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase. You can upgrade or downgrade tiers at any time from your account settings; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Billing is managed through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize Skarvo to charge that method for all fees due under these Terms.

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. There is no free trial; full access is granted immediately upon payment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. Skarvo does not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

Upon cancellation, your agency's data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Data and Privacy

Skarvo receives activity events from your CRM via webhook. These events are de-identified before storage: Skarvo does not store client names, phone numbers, policy details, or any other personally identifiable information about your clients. Skarvo stores only disposition type, timestamp, lead source tag, and estimated premium amount when provided by the CRM.

Each agency's data is fully isolated. One agency cannot access another agency's data. For full details on what data we collect and how we use it, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Skarvo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, design, and content. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Skarvo's name, logo, or trademarks. You retain ownership of any data you bring into the Service through your CRM integration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skarvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if Skarvo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Skarvo's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amounts you paid to Skarvo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Skarvo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of production metrics, the reliability of the CRM integration, or the suitability of the Service for your specific business needs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
